You have the option to self-collect the items at our pick-up location or request that we mail the items to you. (Shipping charged separately. )

**Any Shipping TOP-UP will be calculated after the pull (where necessary). International shipping can be arranged.

*Please state your order prior to your pull to choose designs / open blinds, or will be randomly picked for you.

*MH on live is the Mystery Host who pulls your kuji tickets, opens up capsule/gashapons, or blind boxes.

REFUNDS POLICY

Defective/damaged items

Please kindly inspect your item upon receiving your order and contact tamashihobby@gmail.com at the first instance (within 3 business days of receiving the order) if the item is defective/damaged or not as described, accompanied with the relevant photos of the situation providing as much detail as possible, so we can evaluate and handle the matter. We do ask all pick-up customers to check all items at the instance of pick-up to avoid any confusion, as we are unable to accept returns once the pick-up order leaves the premise. 

 

Refunds
Please kindly contact us if you have received a defective, damaged, or item different from the shown product, please email us immediately and we will contact you about how to return the item back to us (please kindly ensure that the item is returned in its original form) We will assess the return upon inspection of your return. Where a refund is approved, you will be refunded either using your original payment method or provided as store credit upon discussion. Unfortunately, we do not accept a return for a change of mind, so please kindly choose your items carefully.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned including apparel and certain accessories. Please contact us if you have any queries.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale or discounted items.
