Please kindly inspect your item upon receiving your order and contact firstname.lastname@example.org at the first instance (within 3 business days of receiving the order) if the item is defective/damaged or not as described, accompanied with the relevant photos of the situation providing as much detail as possible, so we can evaluate and handle the matter. We do ask all pick-up customers to check all items at the instance of pick-up to avoid any confusion, as we are unable to accept returns once the pick-up order leaves the premise.
Please kindly contact us if you have received a defective, damaged, or item different from the shown product, please email us immediately and we will contact you about how to return the item back to us (please kindly ensure that the item is returned in its original form) We will assess the return upon inspection of your return. Where a refund is approved, you will be refunded either using your original payment method or provided as store credit upon discussion. Unfortunately, we do not accept a return for a change of mind, so please kindly choose your items carefully.
